The ADI Foundation was created to address this gap. Backed by Sirius International Holding, a subsidiary of International Holding Company (ADX:IHC), our non-profit organisation is aptly titled "Ādi," a Sanskrit word meaning “a new beginning.” This name reflects our mission to empower governments to collaborate with trusted partners and harness blockchain and digital technologies to deliver critical public services and create a more equitable society.
At the heart of this mission is an investment fund dedicated to supporting social impact businesses that leverage blockchain to deliver solutions like smart contracts, digital identity systems, and blockchain-based financial infrastructure. These efforts foster financial inclusion and build resilient systems to serve communities worldwide.
With partnerships in over 20 countries, our ecosystem has the potential to reach more than 300 million users, enabling hundreds of millions of digital transactions daily. From our headquarters in Abu Dhabi, we are establishing a Web3 technology hub to co-develop cutting-edge AI and digital solutions with a strong focus on social impact.
